And the walls have color! That's what we did this weekend...painted.
The professionals are doing an all over color, but we wanted to add some real color in addition to the Diverse Beige on every wall.
We passed Emmie off to the babysitter and headed to the house on Sunday morning. Mom, Dad, Dave and my friend Pam were our cheaply hired help.
I'm not sure if you were aware, but my dad is a master painter. Seriously. He can finish a room before you're even done with a wall. And he makes it look like the easiest thing ever and it's kinda mesmerizing to watch.
It took no time at all to whip through the rooms with no flooring or trim to work around.
Other than that we enjoyed the long weekend.....and hitting the 30 week mark today. Holy.
