The house is SOLD!
And it was a photo finish.
To recap. Couple A offered last weekend but still had a house to sell. In comes Couple B on Wednesday night with another offer. The clock was ticking. Couple A had 48 hours to sell their house....and they DID! The offers were pretty much the same so it didn't really matter, but couple A is giving us another week to close. So that's great.
Here we go...off to find an apartment to house ourselves for the next few months. We will start digging on the new house the first week in June and hopefully be in with a month to spare before Baby Fellows arrives.
Phew, it's going to be busy!
Congratulations! How nice to have your house sold. Also, can't wait to hear about your building experience :) Looks like we are going to go through them too! I just have a great feeling about them...
